The climbing park next to the hut offers about 50 routes in very good rock. The routes are well equiped and have difficulties in the ranking from 3 to 9 (beginners to pro).

On the Wiwannihorn and the Augstkummenhorn are some more climbing routes. These are up to 10 pitches long and at best equiped.

Introductory climbing courses and climbing days in the Wiwanni region are proposed by the Alpinschule Ausserberg.

Very interesting boulders in different difficulties can be found around the hut.

In case of bad weather, the boulder-room in an old farmhouse in the nearby town can be tested out.
